1. The app

GIOLIV is a media player application. It plays audio and video streams from a server whose address and credentials you provide. GIOLIV does not provide, host, sell, resell or license any content, channels, movies or series, and does not sell subscriptions. The app contains no content of its own.

2. Your content and your responsibility

You may only use GIOLIV to play content that you are legally entitled to access from your own provider. You are solely responsible for the servers you connect to, for the content you play, and for complying with the laws that apply to you and with your provider's terms. GIOLIV has no control over, and is not responsible for, the availability, quality, legality or content of any third-party server.

3. Accounts and devices

The GIOLIV service may limit the number of devices signed in at once and may end a session that breaks these terms. Keep your sign-in details to yourself.

4. Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer, tamper with, or attack the app or the GIOLIV service, and do not use them to break the law or the rights of others.

5. No warranty, limited liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GIOLIV is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the app or from any third-party content or server.

6. Changes

We may update the app and these terms; the current terms are always on this page with their date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

7. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Questions: privacy@gioliv.app.

1. التطبيق

GIOLIV تطبيق مشغّل وسائط. يشغّل بثوث الصوت والفيديو من خادم تزوّد أنت عنوانه وبيانات الدخول إليه. لا يوفّر GIOLIV ولا يستضيف ولا يبيع ولا يعيد بيع ولا يرخّص أي محتوى أو قنوات أو أفلام أو مسلسلات، ولا يبيع اشتراكات. لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي محتوى خاص به.

2. محتواك ومسؤوليتك

يجوز لك استخدام GIOLIV فقط لتشغيل محتوى يحق لك قانوناً الوصول إليه من مزوّدك. أنت وحدك المسؤول عن الخوادم التي تتصل بها وعن المحتوى الذي تشغّله وعن الالتزام بالقوانين المنطبقة عليك وبشروط مزوّدك. لا يتحكم GIOLIV ولا يتحمّل مسؤولية توفر أو جودة أو قانونية أو محتوى أي خادم تابع لطرف ثالث.

3. الحسابات والأجهزة

قد تحدّ خدمة GIOLIV عدد الأجهزة المسجّلة الدخول في الوقت نفسه، وقد تنهي جلسة تخالف هذه الشروط. احتفظ ببيانات دخولك لنفسك.

4. الاستخدام المقبول

لا تقم بالهندسة العكسية للتطبيق أو خدمة GIOLIV أو العبث بهما أو مهاجمتهما، ولا تستخدمهما لمخالفة القانون أو حقوق الآخرين.

5. لا ضمان، ومسؤولية محدودة

يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» دون أي ضمان. إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمّل GIOLIV أي خسارة أو ضرر ناتج عن استخدام التطبيق أو عن أي محتوى أو خادم تابع لطرف ثالث.

6. التغييرات

قد نحدّث التطبيق وهذه الشروط؛ الشروط الحالية موجودة دائماً على هذه الصفحة بتاريخها. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التغيير يعني قبولك له.

7. القانون المنطبق والتواصل
